New York Central 20th Century Limited 4-Car Add-on Set - N Scale

The New York Central “20th Century Limited”, also known as “The Most Famous Train in the World”, is one of the classic and most well-known named trains of the 20th Century. It was operated for more than 60 years, connecting the great cities of New York City and Chicago, alongside its competitor from the Pennsylvania Rail Road, the “Broadway Limited”. This train was headed by some of the world’s most famous locomotives.

In this set, each individual car body has completely new tooling to accurately match the prototype. Specific interior and exterior details are included to match the 50's era consist, such as the iconic "big window" observation cars. The shock absorber construction ensures even traction and performance, fitting for these "water level route" cars. All detail parts are installed and the set is fully ready to run.

Additionally, a pair of newly tooled EMD E7A locomotives era appropriate to pull the train is included in the release. With its attention to detail and historical significance, the New York Central “20th Century Limited” remains an iconic symbol of 20th Century rail travel.
